I work as a holistic massage & polarity therapist treating the mind, body and spirit.

My work includes, affirmations along with guided imagery before touch. I work with crystals and stones.

I love and study native American healing. I do burn sage and smudge the body for clearing.

I do a lot of vibrational healing - with sounds, crystal bowls, bells etc. I love sounds - from tapping rocks, rain sticks and more.

I graduated from the Polarity Institute/Ipswich and have continued education with certification with the John Upledger Institute.

My work is a mix of all that I have learned along with intuitive healing.
